The moments you love deserve more than a phone screen
Aloha3D is a small studio in Hanoi that turns everyday photos into figurines you can hold. Each one starts as a 3D model you approve. Then our team prints, finishes and checks it by hand before it travels to you.

Good to know before you order
Short answers to what most people ask before they send a photo.
What photos do I need?
One clear, front-facing photo per person or pet, in good light. Add a second photo if you want a certain outfit or pose. You upload them right on the product page.
How long does it take?
About 2–4 weeks from upload to doorstep: 3D preview in 2–3 business days, making in 3–6 business days for ChibiMe or 7–10 for Realistic Figurine, then 5–15 days of tracked shipping.
How does the 3D preview work?
We email you a 3D preview within 2–3 business days. Up to 3 rounds of changes are free, and we only start making it once you say yes.
What is it made of, and how big is it?
Resin, printed in high detail and painted fully by hand, on a wooden display base that comes free. ChibiMe is 10 or 15 cm tall (4 or 6 in). Realistic Figurine is 16, 19 or 21 cm (6.3, 7.5 or 8.3 in).
Do I pay shipping or import fees?
Shipping is calculated at checkout and every parcel is tracked. For US orders, import duties are covered by us, so nothing is due at delivery.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Changed your mind? Tell us before we start your 3D model and we'll refund you in full. Once modeling begins, your figurine is made just for you, so the order can't be cancelled or refunded. If it arrives damaged, we remake it for free.
Is it ready to give as a gift?
Yes. Every figurine arrives in a gift box. Add a note at checkout and we print it for you.
Can you make couples, families or pets?
Of course. Choose how many people on the product page. Each extra person adds $59, and each pet adds $39.
