Making time

Every Aloha3D figurine is made to order in our studio in Hanoi, Vietnam, then shipped to you with tracking.

Making time: we send your 3D preview within 2–3 business days. After you approve it, making takes 3–6 business days for ChibiMe and 7–10 business days for Realistic Figurine and DioraMe.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delivery usually takes 5–15 days after your figurine ships. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves our studio.

We ship to the United States and most other countries.

Duties and taxes

For US orders, import duties are included, so nothing is due at delivery. For other countries, local duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the recipient.

Address problems and lost parcels

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we can reship it at cost.

If your tracking has not moved for 10 days, contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and remake or refund your order if it is lost.
