What photo works best?

A clear, front-facing photo in daylight, one per person. Faces should fill at least a third of the picture.

How many revisions do I get?

Up to 3 rounds of changes on the 3D preview are free. From the 4th round it is $15 per round.

Can I add a pet?

Yes. Tick “Add a pet” and upload a photo of your pet as the second photo.

What if it breaks in transit?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it.
