Will it arrive before Christmas?
Yes, if you order by Dec 1 (or Dec 8 with rush) and approve your 3D preview within 2 days. We make it in 3–10 business days and ship it tracked in 5–15 days.
Can you ship to a different address?
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout. We never put the price in the box.
Is gift wrapping included?
Every figurine ships in a gift box with your printed note, free.
What if the 3D preview needs changes?
Up to 3 rounds of changes are free. Each round takes about a day, so the sooner you reply, the safer your Christmas date.
