Send a clear photo, plus a second one if you want a certain pose or outfit. You approve a 3D preview before anything is printed, then our artists finish it by hand.

Shipping & duties
Tracked shipping, usually 5–15 days once it leaves our studio. Shipping is calculated at checkout. For US orders, import duties are covered by us.
Returns & remakes
Full refund before we start your 3D model. Once modeling begins, your figurine is made just for you and can't be cancelled or refunded. Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and we remake it free.

Good to know before you order
Short answers to what most people ask before they send a photo.
What photo works best?
A clear, front-facing photo in daylight, one per person. Faces should fill at least a third of the picture.
How many changes can I ask for?
Up to 3 rounds of changes on your 3D preview are free. From the 4th round it is $15 per round.
Can I choose the pose and outfit?
Yes. Add a second photo of the pose or outfit you want copied, and tell our artists in the notes.
What if it breaks in transit?
Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we remake it, free.
