Refund policy

Each figurine is made just for you, from your own photos. That is why our policy works a little differently from a regular store.

Cancelling

Before we start your 3D model: cancel anytime for a full refund.

Once we start your 3D model, your order is made just for you and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

After you approve your 3D preview: your figurine is a custom piece and cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged in transit? Send us a photo of the figurine and the box within 7 days of delivery and we remake it for free.

If the finished figurine clearly differs from the 3D preview you approved, tell us within 7 days and we will fix or remake it.

Up to 3 rounds of 3D changes are included. Extra rounds are $15 each.
